Yellow is a Happy Color :)

Posting about my daily outfit rundown is just a diversion when I am at work or whenever I'm being burned out :p. If you've read about my previous posts, I am currently working in a BPO industry . And life in this kind of field is sort of dragging. Apart from that is to share my own idea of fashion. That you don't have to spend too much to be distinct :p . You can look posh even if you're outfit is not that expensive. It depends on how you convey the outfit at the end of the day :D

As what the title entails, Yellow is called the happy color because of its vibrant look . When we look at the color, It energizes us and it allures more positive energy. So it makes us happy and optimistic.Well, That was just my idea though, I've also read it somewhere but I just couldn't remember where. haha. I hope you will also agree with what I was trying to connote here .lol

Moving on, Today I will be posting an outfit that I was very excited of wearing since I just bought it from one of my favorite online stores here in Cebu Philippines. They had a buy one take one sale so being a fashion enthusiast, I hurriedly reserved 2 outfits.(happy kid)  The other outfit I will be posting it one of these days :) . This was the second time I have worn this. The first time was during my cousin's wedding at Catmon, Cebu. I was just not able to take pictures of my outfit that day because I was busy attending to my kids :) .So the second time was during one of the go sees I have attended :) .

Nevertheless, I accessorized my yellow skater dress with my fashion gold chandelier earrings that I have bought from a very affordable accessories shop downtown (Most of the accessories I have were also bought there :D ) . Since the outfit was very plain and simple , to add more vitality to it, I accentuated it by wearing brown leather high waist belt with gold ribbon,Paired  with it was a gladiator nude high wedges which will look good on any outfit you'll wear. I've worn my man made leather bag which I bought from a bazaar shop long time ago.FYI, This was also my first time to do a self shot about my outfit. My boyfriend who always patiently takes my outfit shots was not with me that time so I had no choice but to face the mirror of the mall's ladies washroom just to have my outfit taken :p. So forgive me for the washroom background  ;) . Along the way, I've met my sister and I hurriedly ask her to take few pictures of me . She is working in the same mall where the go see venue was so I met her before I went to my appointment. Done with the details. Time to feed your eyes lovies :D

Checkered vs. Aztec

Hello again lovies!!! I haven't been able to blog lately because of a fashion show that I supposed to attend to. But everything didn't turn out well, I got flu so I wasn't able to attend the show. That was the sad part.Luckily, I was still able to get my talent fee!haha! Happy kid :D lol .
Moving on, I will be posting an outfit shot I have worn in one of our rehearsals. Though I was so sick, Still I forced myself to rehearse . Until an unfortunate event happened that didn't require me to attend the show anymore, but still getting paid which is a big sigh of relief!wew! My boyfriend was always reprimanding me for being so stubborn ! haha .  If you've been reading my previous post I'm a very workaholic person. I always go where I can earn and of course I value professionalism very much so that was actually one part of the reason why I wouldn't want to be the cause of delay. But God has his way of not letting anything happen to me :) In the long run, I'm still lucky :p
Nevertheless, Since it was a ramp rehearsal and I was feverish, I chose to wear an outfit that you can just comfortably wear everyday. Of course style comes next to that.Something that would look lively Because I was sort of weak that day. The lavender raffled sleeveless top I have worn was my sister's gift.Paired it with my newly bought blue high waist Aztec shorts which I bought from my ever favorite bazaar mall :D. I bargained this shorts up to its lower price which made me so happy when I bought this.  FYI, I'm good with bargains haha :p . The turquoise gladiator footwear is one of my favorites among the flats I have in my rack. So comfy and durable :D .I have matched with the outfit my gold loop earrings that my cousin gave me and my lavender handcuff which I also bought from the same bazaar mall months ago. I know the combination I have made on my outfit was sort of loud and contrasting. Checkered and Aztec , It is very rare for me to do such contrasting combination because I'm a very safe person when it comes to style. I dunno what came up to me that day. In one way or another ,I bet my style experiment still looks good. I hope you lovies will also agree :D

The White Gold Club Graduation Outfit Print Ad

I haven't been blogging lately about my outfits because I was just so lazy to dress-up and blog about it haha. Forgive me for that lovies ;) . Nevertheless, Here's another outfit post from a photo shoot I did for a shopping center here in Cebu, Philippines. This shoot was way back February . It  was intended  for a newspaper ad since a month after that was already graduation season. I was very blithe and astonished when my manager called me up and asked me if I was available to do a photo shoot for the said shopping mall. Without any adverseness, I immediately said YES and vacated my schedule for the shoot . He promised me a good pay so that exclaimed me the most!haha ! Oh well, Not to mention the other female model I will be working with is already my friend. So the shoot will surely be fun and pleasant :D. It'll be my second time to do a shoot for a newspaper ad. So it's not really new to me. The first time was with the company that I am currently working with. But still, the excitement seems like the first time !!!haha!! yay!!!
Moving on, When we arrived at the location (which is inside the mall ) , we were given the liberty to take our pick . We must choose 2 different sets of dress, accessories and shoes that would coordinate with the concept . I vigilantly scour dresses , shoes and accessories that I love the most . (Seems like I was shopping!!! haha) . After almost an hour of scouring and fitting for the right wardrobe , Alas!!! My search was over and I was finally decided on what to wear for the shoot in a while.

The first set of  wardrobe that I personally hand picked was a peach tube dress embedded with Rhine stones and crystals at the center and at the right side of the dress, I coordinated it with a 4 inches suede peach pumps. As for the accessories , I chose a peach embedded hand bag and a big stud swarovski earrings. Since the outfit itself is already ravishing, I went on just wearing a pair of earrings and not put a necklace anymore . I find the outfit very classy and fab. Since the concept was graduation, It is best to choose a cocktail dress for the ladies so that it is not evident when you are already wearing the graduation robe during the ceremony (just for fyi though :D ).

For my second hand picked dress, I preferred to wear black this time. Black is the safest color a woman could ever wear I would have to say :D Why? Because you can match it with any other color. You just have to mix and match it with the right accessories and a pair of nice shoes. I chose a Greek style black chiffon dress , matched it with a pair of 5 inches black pumps . I accessorized  it with a black silk sling bag and a pair of black chandelier earrings. Forgive me if I wasn't able to zoom in the details of the outfit. I hope I was able to wake your imagination up by just detailing it. haha !!!

The shoot lasted for 3 hours and as what I had predicted, Twas' fun and pleasant to work with the photographers and co-models of the shoot . I met 2 new male model friends.I hoped I've met your standards for graduation outfit :D
